Save and print your floor plan

To save your layout, take a screenshot of the floor plan. Make sure the entire layout is visible before capturing it.

On Windows

Press Windows + Shift + S.
Click and drag to select your floor plan.
Click the screenshot notification to open it, then select Save.
Open the saved image and press Ctrl + P to print.

On a Mac

Press Command (⌘) + Shift + 4.
Click and drag to select your floor plan.
The screenshot normally saves to your desktop.
Open the saved image and press Command (⌘) + P to print.

Printing tip: Choose Landscape and Fit to Page for the best result.

Need a list of your tables? Click Copy table list, then paste it into an email or document. This copies the list, not the floor plan image.
