We bring a complete tournament operation, from a private game to a multi-table event. Our experienced dealers help beginners learn while keeping the action enjoyable for seasoned players.
Standard Four Hours of Play Included
Our standard tournament package includes up to 4 hours of play, with overtime available at an additional cost.
A second chance to play
Guests who leave the main tournament can keep playing and build their skills in a second-chance game.
A coordinator who handles it all for you!
We manage the tournament ladder, table assignments, blinds, countdown timer and officiating, so you can focus on your guests.

A poker tournament gives colleagues and guests a shared challenge, conversation and friendly competition. Private and corporate entertainment-only events are available in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

Philly Casino Parties provides licensed poker tournament fundraisers in New Jersey, with a crew of licensed dealers. We help your organization through the licensing process and event planning.
Allow 90 days to plan
Build in at least 90 days for the organizational licensing process. Contact us early to discuss your organization, venue and proposed date. We will walk you through the details for State License as well as Municipal Licensing.

Your organization’s license for NJ
Your 501 C 3 nonprofit organization must first obtain the required license from The Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission. Then with a Form 13 we complete and notarize, you will need to apply for a license from the Municipal Clerk’s Office in the township where your venue is located.

Our dealers provide a poker lesson at no extra charge. Beginners and returning players benefit from a refresher. Allow 45 minutes to an hour for a full lesson before tournament play.

From two tables
to a full tournament.
Order from 2 to 15 professional poker tables. Each accommodates 9 players plus the dealer. Our minimum order is 2 gaming tables with 2 dealers.

10 chairs per table
We do not provide chair rentals. Have 10 standard-height folding or banquet chairs on site for each poker table, including the dealer’s chair.
Plan the table layout
Each Poker table is an oval 4′ x 8′. You will need to allow an additional 2′ of space all the way around for seating (6′ x 10′ of space). You will also need at least 4′ of space between tables. Use our floor plan tool to configure our poker tables for your venue.
PRIVATE & CORPORATE ENTERTAINMENT-ONLY EVENTS

bragging rights.
All Philly Casino Parties events comply with applicable state and local laws. Our entertainment-only poker events use casino chips with no monetary value. No real gambling, cash wagering or cash prizes are permitted at any time. Winners play for bragging rights and great memories!
