Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedules and life events can get complicated and you may need to cancel your event. We will do our best to work with you towards a mutually acceptable resolution.

ALL DEPOSITS are non-refundable as noted in our agreement. We are willing to apply your deposit to another date booked within 1 year of your original event date. After one full year from your original event date, the deposit is forfeited if not used. If you cancel the date a second time, only the original booking date period will be applied (the one-year period is NOT reset).

IF PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED IN ADVANCE: Cancellations made 10 business days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after 10 days are nonrefundable.

PROPER NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
Notice of cancellation should be made as far in advance as possible and at least 48 hours prior to your event start time. Notice should be made via a telephone call to 610-587-7313 as well as by email to [email protected]

THE CLIENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL BALANCE OF THE
CONTRACTED AGREEMENT IF:

The client calls us to cancel or postpone the event after the delivery trucks have left the warehouse to deliver the equipment to the client site.

We are notified once on-site or at any time during the event for any reason. (For example, if it begins to rain at the start of the event and the event is canceled.)
